Implement an easier KNOWL usage

There is an "old" enhancement of Ted Nelson with "knowl=" instead of "href=" which allows on an easy way a kind of "nested" expandable/collapsible text (collapsible blocks) in html coding:
as it was asked on the community: http://community.wikidot.com/forum/t-434010/using-the-aimath-org-knowl-expandable-collapsable-text-on-my#post-1353080

There is a workaround available as Timothy has build on http://try.wikidot.com/foster:knowl-test

I think this is a good idea to include such possibility ( like the "MathJax") in the syntax!
