I would like to use the API from a self-hosted web application, but currently cross-domain requests are not allowed. Adding an appropriate Access-Control-Allow-Origin header would allow apps to work from non-wikidot domains.

I would like to use the API from a self-hosted web application, but currently cross-domain requests are not allowed. Adding an appropriate Access-Control-Allow-Origin header would allow apps to work from non-wikidot domains.
A workaround I just figured out & got working is to setup a php proxy to pass the request through.

Yes, that works. I've been planning making a JSON encode/decoder for the API for easier cross-domain requests. Haven't had the time to start tho…
