I don't know if it is already requested but here i go:
If i'm trying to access a private page (e.g. http://bmccreative.com/admin:manage) the page displays a message:
Private content
This area of the website is private and you don't have access to it. If you believe you need access to this area please contact the web site administrators.
I would be nice if you can customize it e.g. redirecting the private page to another page or adding custom message
Or i can simply trick the users displaying the "Unexistent" message :D
The page does not (yet) exists
The page admin:manage you want to access does not exist.
- Create page
I believe this can already be done. If you try to view this page, it should be hidden and display a message that I customized myself. You could theoretically, by extension, customize it with a redirect module.
This was done using the site manager. Under permissions, you can set view permissions to hide pages from certain groups of people. Then, under the category:_public page, you can write you're custom message.
Unfortunately, this cannot be done for non-existent pages. It's under the accepted list of wishes, but it has been so for well over a year now. Doesn't look like that will be completed any time soon, sorry to say.

I think, this is solved with the category:_public page… but for a whole category which is set to "private".
