That's a sitemap for search engines - no one should ever have to look at it. In fact, I would be very surprised if any of your visitors ever see that page.
If you want to prevent pages from being indexed and added to that list, you can add a "no follow" instruction using meta tags, but based on what your website is about I doubt that is something you want to do.

The sitemap is generated automatically by Wikidot - linked with robots.txt. If you don't want the sitemap to exist or hide it - your website wouldn't be indexed as well as now on search engines.
