Being able to compare revision 200 (or rev. 935, 1056, 5970, etc.) with revision 0 seems like a feature that would rarely be used and therefore not necessarily worth the time it would take to add a UI change for it at Wikidot.com
Personally, if this was available via the API I would be happy enough with that. An API client could then allow users to compare any two revisions of a page.
Simplest way to allow for this in the API would be an additional parameter to pages.get_one, called "revision_no".
I have requested this before on developer.wikidot.com.
