I'm not sure this wish is necessary as you can already do this by using page-based comments. Have a look at (and experiment with) my example at http://vineyard.wikidot.com/comments:page. The code on that page is shown below. An extended newpage module calls up a form to enter the comment. Note the parent=%%fullname%% which makes the current page the parent. The ListPages module limits the number of comments to 10:

Each comment is a page in the Comment category which is autonumbered.

It's a very quick example and the CSS is not fully sorted out yet for long comments, but I hope it gives you the idea of how you can achieve your wish with page-based comments.
