I have added my vote. I already use the nivo jquery slider a lot and it's very good, for example in the header here. But being able to have a plugin that is easy for everyone to….er….plug in to their site (as with Wordpress plugins) would be really great.

+1 from me too.
In a recent PM discussion I wrote:
I'm not familiar with how Wordpress handles JQuery, but it sounds like it's pretty simple for end users and sounds like Wikidot could benefit from similar functionality and flexibility.

Exactly! That image slider could be implemented as well.
- Also I wish Wikidot had a Simple Plugin for JQuery like Wordpress as well, This would make everything so much easier for what I'm doing on my site, and yes as for the non experienced Wikidot users, I'm sure it could be helpful to them, as well as an attractive feature!
The JQuery news ticker is going to be one of my main features and CSI's that my site will be distributing for wikidot users.
