Well, if you're using @URL … then technically speaking it acts like you're loading a different page. PHP on the server reads that URL, generates the HTML that is needed, and sends it off to your computer to display in the browser.

If ordering tables without reloading the page is going to be added, it needs to be done using Javascript… not the @URL parameters in ListPages.

Or at least, that's my understanding of it.

Edit: Actually, I probably am wrong when I mentioned PHP. As far as I know PHP requires URLs to be formatted differently for it to work the way I described (?key1=value1&key2=value2 instead of /key1/value1/key2/value2).
