Actually, the parent-child relationship between pages is what makes most of the more complicated wikis around here tick.

All of the above (and many other solutions) are built using pages that have a parent-child relationship, are in a certain category, and have certain tags attached to them.
Methinks that everyone wants breadcrumbs ;-)
Of course, the link at the top of each page can easily be hidden with CSS, so that it doesn't even appear that breadcrumbs are being used.

I am pretty sure I've seen another wiki that does that (automatically suggests a parent).
