When I put in "search glossary" on left top search field I get the answer: http://feedback.wikidot.com/search:site/q/search%20gloass
and on right side i see the filters we can use with the serach page/command: category:abc ( or category:glossary ).
Give it a try!

No, the search modules have only one allowed parameter,
what I mean is to build an extra search page or a search link on any page with following url:
http://feedback.wikidot.com/search:site/a/pf/q/category%3Aglossary
where "feedback" is to replaced by your wiki-name and
"search:site" is to replaced by your (resulting ) search page in your search category.
