Nevermind got it after posting this and waiting an hour.

I set up a private wiki for my college students at http://amlit1.wikidot.com/. I sent email invitations to all of them, but one student did not accept the invitation. After a time, he asked that I resend the invitation, but each time I do, I get an error that says "Error! An error occurred when processing the request." I tried to just send a new invitation, but the system refused to do it because an invitation for that user was already pending. What can I do to be able to re-send this invitation?

Re-Send Invitation Not Working by jbwolffjbwolff, 21 Sep 2019 16:39

It seems that "private" or "secret" category doesn't work in Sandbox III.
If you want to do your work in secret, you may create the page on SMLT or on your own Wiki.
Further and more detailed instructions are mentioned in the homepage of SMLT. :)

I noticed that this only seems to happen to code that is generated from Wikidot's code-block. Try saving the page containing the code-block again, to regenerate the code, that seems to work.

I rarely check forums for updates, so please send PM if you want to talk to me

  • Style sheets have stopped working.
  • Wikidot's JavaScript isn't loading.
  • Images won't load.
  • API is broken - sometimes get "502 bad gateway", other times scripts simply fail because items are not defined (can't read values from site).

One or more of these have been plaguing me for the last 2 weeks, but today they are all hitting at once.

Same here and more by RobOstapiukRobOstapiuk, 28 Aug 2019 15:19

All custom css and theme have stopped displaying, regardless of whether I'm logged in or not. It seemed to depend on the browser at first in some way, desktop Chrome continued to display the site normally until yesterday while other browsers stopped working earlier.

EDIT: My sites where all CSS is external are working fine, but the ones that use an installed theme and then also have some additional CSS components stored on a page aren't working at all, neither the theme nor the additional CSS is functioning.

I've been having this issue as well. Does anyone know if anything has been done to try and fix it so far?

THe issue only happens when NOT logged in to wikidot. But wiki should also be available for none-account holders

Still a problem by d_vdlindend_vdlinden, 27 Aug 2019 22:33

The home of Community works again!

Could be the team has a sensor for not running servers?

You are on the wrong feedback site!

I do not know on which site you get such results but it would be helpfull to see the address bar here inserted…

Same problems? by Helmut_pdorfHelmut_pdorf, 27 Aug 2019 14:40

I just manually copied and pasted the CSS from http://css.wikidot.com/theme:standard-blue, and it solved the problem. So where it broke down must have been the @import url('http://css.wikidot.com/theme:standard-blue/code_'); statement.

Thoughts on why (which will also fix my other sites) are still welcome.

Examples?
Private wiki?
private files?

I get this same message every so often under a "Code 0". No other problems seem to come with it, no lost text, no page crashes, no freeze up.

Not sure what causes the fix, but maybe if you upload a new image, this clears the cache on your server and everything starts working? This is what seemed to happen with me. Things started working about a min after uploading a new image (which even the new image did not work for a short amount of time).
