This won't be a bug but might be an error in your CSS. Please go to the community site at http://community.wikidot.com (which is the site for first line support) and let us know which site it is and an example of a page where the h2 tags are missing. I can certainly see the h2 headings on your site at http://classicmodules.wikidot.com

Sorry for the confusion: it's the h2 tags in the #header block that have disappeared, and only after changing settings in the site manager.
I'll see if there's any information on the community forum. Many thanks for replying.
No there's nothing on the community site about this. I suggested you ask about this there as I originally thought this was a a syntax error with your CSS rather than a Wikidot bug. And we could have dealt with that there.
However there is a bug in the new site manager. If you don't change the tagline from the old site manager then the #header h2 shows up with no problem. However if you add anything into the description box in general settings -> wiki settings - which seems to have replaced the tagline box - it doesn't display what you have entered and the #header h2 is not displayed which is clearly a bug.
(And really that box shouldn't be called "Description", it should be called "tagline" as it was in the old site manager.)
Grateful if the devs would fix this.

OK. Thanks… I'm pretty new to Wikidot, so I thought I had done something wrong or neglected something in the settings.
Thanks again for responding!
No problem, I hadn't noticed this until I tried it on my test site at http://vineyard.wikidot.com in response to your post. My tagline is not being displayed.

I just have added Subtitle/Tagline field in Wiki Settings. Marked as completed.
Thanks for doing that so quickly.

No problem :)
