That's almost certainly because Twitter switched off version 1 of the Twitter api in mid June so 3rd party applications like that stopped working. We had to change the Twitter on the community site and on other sites using using a twitter timelone or search. There is a new version 1.1 but it seems to work differently and most 3rd party applications still won't work.

Ah. Yes. I remember getting notifications from Twitter to update my apps. Is Wikidot doing that or is there something I can do from this end?
As far as I know there is nothing that either Wikidot or you can do to make this work.
