What helmuti means is this. Click on the down arrow next to yourname| my account in the top right of the screen. Select Activity. Th is brings up the screen with your dashboard. On the left hand side is the list of your sites. Go to the bottom of that list and click on Settings.The screen that is shown has several checkboxes for options related to watching.
I do recall however a discussion a long time ago which make me think that tag changes are viewed as minor and not reported by email to watchers. But I could be wrong, I don't get bother with email notifications and only ever use the dashboard.

I didn't say they were reported in the dashboard, just that they are not included in the email notifications.

There is nothing there re e-mail that wasn't already checked except for "Send me a copy of my own forum posts and comments so that I can have complete records of discussions".
So, if Rob is correct and he probably is, I will have to download all of our (currently) 11,158 pages at regular intervals just to keep the Tags in my copies current. Sheesh.

I am not sure what this mean - any (wikidot) "backup" of your pages will have no tags or parents with it.
Or do you read your pages with API by yourself?

API. It's not as bad as I thought it might be, I did it yesterday and it only took about 30-45 minutes. I download each page but I only save the ones whose updated date-time stamp are != to the copies that I already have. Only 36 pages yesterday. Normally I use the watch e-mails to tell me what I need to download but this will work too…
It would have helped if this anomaly was documented in Watching.

Notifications for tag changes will be send from now on, we will check if we can simply change messages for tag and parent changes notifications.

I just tested it and it works just as it should. If you change the message format please let me know, I process these messages with a script that is invoked by one of my e-mail program's filters and a change in their format can cause problems if I'm not aware of it…
