For large categories it can took up to an 30min to recompile all dependencies in background. Is anything wrong right now, or is it "self fixed" ?

The problem still exists. I made the changes to the template last week and they have still not updated over the weekend onto older pages.
Could you give a link to template you change and page where problem exists?

http://en.wikicollecting.org/_template is the template and the problem exists on every page I have looked at this morning that hasn't been edited since the changes were made.
Confirmed, we are investigating it. This category have over 160k of pages and it seems to be a problem.
