I don't seem able to apply for the SCP Foundation, which is hosted here. The 'Join This Site' page there acts as though I'm not logged in at Wikidot and asks me to sign in, even though I have. Refreshing the page doesn't work, and when I log in (again) with the link there the page just reloads without change. Thanks.
