I have noticed on creating a new wiki there are still a few bugs in some of the DEFAULT PAGES …
one of them is the following:
Problem:
system:invite
Invite your friends to join this Wiki! [[module SendInvitations]]
Invite your friends to join this Wiki! [[module SendInvitations]]
The problem is that this code does not work, which is annoying, especially to freshmen - and 'freshwomen', too.
- They normally think they made a mistake.
The problem seems to be that the INTERPRETATION by the parser might be affected, by the trailing 'text'.
- When you change it to the following code it works !
Solution:
system:invite
Invite your friends to join this Wiki!
[[module SendInvitations]]
Invite your friends to join this Wiki!
[[module SendInvitations]]
It seems, that "[[module SendInvitations]]" has to stand at the beginning of the line !
— Please somebody, have a look at that and make the necessary corrections.
(There are some other ones, too - but I cannot think of them now.)
Which theme is using this wrong "system:invite" page ( or all :) ) ?
Service is my success. My webtips:www.blender.org (Open source), Wikidot-Handbook.
Sie können fragen und mitwirken in der deutschsprachigen » User-Gemeinschaft für WikidotNutzer oder
im deutschen » Wikidot Handbuch ?
From what I found out the problem was related to a page in Manage Site » Members » Let users invite. That's where the code blocks were misformatted.
We have fixed the formatting. Thanks for reporting this one!
