We have found a low-level lock in our database on the storage level, which affected some pages. This issue should be fixed now, but we will keep monitoring it.

In the interest of programming, was it due to a recent change in the Wikidot source, or was it just a random thing?
I think it is an issue with database itself, but we are still tracking it. Very likely that with our recent performance tune-up the issue should be fixed.
Nevertheless, we will be monitoring databases for this kind of deadlocks and fix them as soon as they appear.
