Well, we could change a few lines of code and it would work. I do not think this would break any sites, and it does provide new methods for site building. Let us check the details.

We have analyzed existing usage of [[code]] and there should be no harm in enabling extraction of code blocks from the _template pages.
The code blocks from _template can include variables which will be parsed before extracting the code, so it should be exactly what you were looking for.

Sorry, we had to revert the change. It was causing some sites to loose themes from themes.wikidot.com and a couple of other problems. We are thinking about a better solution.

OK, here is the new version. We had to maintain backwards compatibility so there is a bit different way to access the code blocks if you want to include the _template.
To access the codes with code blocks from _template included use URLs:
http://site.wikidot.com/page/code_
http://site.wikidot.com/page/code_/number
Note the underscore after the code
@bcammo, in your example you can access the code block with the URL:
http://labs.bmccreative.com/form:1/code_/1
We will update the documentation too.
