Thank you for reporting this issue.
After some testing, it seems Yahoo had a problem with accepting e-mails at about 2 AM UTC, which caused other mails from Wikidot to be delayed.
The queue is processed is a parallel way, so one mail server should not block other e-mails, but we found a little glitch, that caused this to not work as expected, and it did work linearly instead.
We fixed the problem with parallel sending, so a fail like this should not affect the whole watching system again.
NOTE: If you're a Yahoo-mail owner, you may not get notifications from this night.
RESULT: The queue has now about 20,000 e-mails to send. They should be sent in a few hours.
