I don't know where to look for "stable".
But you mean "If there are many untranslated parts, all translation work will be wasted."? If so, I will try to fill in the translation. I don't know how much work it takes to reach 80%. 😂

If someone is making the "stable" determination manually, I would like to contact him/her so that he/she can respond immediately.
This is the current situation.
On December 10, 2019, I sent a message to TeRq, who might be in charge of this matter, but he didn't reply.
On December 16, 2019, I requested an action through email support, but I have not received a reply until today.
On December 22, 2019, I signed up for a ProPlus subscription and I requested this action from Priority Mail Support, but I have not received a reply until today.
