Have these users a wikidot account or are they failing with a strange mail provider ( some of the mail providers are stopped because of spamming users..)
They should try to get a wikidot account on the main wikidot screen and than - after having an account - go to yur wiki.

I wouldn't know which email domains you have blocked without a list. I know about the MSN-hotmail issue but that's not a factor. They are on major carriers you'd recognize but all three on different hosts, and they were directed to create accounts, I have not released to them the wiki address.
I filed the bug report because it seemed a strange coincidence, I thought possibly a server slowdown. But I can move this over to moc.todikiw|troppus#moc.todikiw|troppus.
One of the three verified today. A second reports the system is telling him his email address belongs to another member, which means he completed half the account creation process and the system recognizes the address, but he still has received no confirmation link. The third user hasn't checked in again today.
I've sent mail to moc.todikiw|troppus#moc.todikiw|troppus to discuss this offline. The users are still reporting validation errors today, only one of three has made it through the sign-up process.

This Community Forum is open to the Internet and thus not the place to discuss users' personal emails and accounts. Do you know what is the backlog at the Support Desk and how soon I will hear from them? My site members are understandably disappointed at making attempts to sign up and failing.
is it possible the problem is simple, such as slow connection speeds causing time-out errors, and can the new accounts be added manually?

I am not even receiving a Support Desk ticket number or an auto-response confirming receipt of the help request.
